The C Residence is a residential located at Catarman, Northern Samar. It is a 2-storey residential with a surrounding landscape complete with water features, green walls, and an alfresco kitchen.

The design features mainly low-maintenance plant species and layouts. Despite this, the designer did not compromise any aesthetic or functional value, rather, created a more minimalistic approach on the area. The water features, on the other hand, at the back and front yards add to the softness of the other areas, such as: the spill-over of the living room, alfresco, and "grill-numan", as per request of the client.
